Welcome to the Total Life Changes (TLC) True Leveraged Compensation Plan.

TLC has re-engineered the home-based business model by accentuating the positives that this industry has to offer and virtually eliminating the downsides that keep people from succeeding and reaching their full potential.

Instead of spending money on a fancy home office building and high paid corporate teams, TLC rewards our members with a generous pay plan that is properly balanced for the beginner and part-timer as well as those with experience.

TLC has created a True Leveraged Compensation structure that promotes teamwork and creates synergy within the organization. The plan is designed for our members to profit quickly while they build long-term financial security. The pay plan has two parts: the Base Plan that pays weekly and the Generation Bonuses that pays once a month.

The Base Plan

The Base Plan is a powerful business-building strategy because of its leverage factor. It creates a synergistic team-building effort and enables the experienced professionals to earn extraordinary income as they help other team members within their organization achieve success.

The Base Plan (2x3 matrix) starts with a two-team structure. There are two positions on Level 1(in green), four positions on Level 2, and eight positions on Level 3, for a total of fourteen positions.

These positions can be filled by either Spillover from your upline, members you personally enroll, or by the members they enroll. The only requirement to qualify for pay in the Base Plan is to have an active $40 autoship; no personal enrolling is required.

Note: The autoship is your monthly $40 Personal Volume (PV) commitment; it never increases as you advance in the Pay Plan.

Note: Spillover is the term used when new members are enrolled by someone above you in the structure and placed in your downline organization.

When your Base Plan is filled with 14 members, TLC’s computer automatically expands your business by starting another Level 1 position. Each time you fill a new Leg down 3 Levels, your business will automatically expand by starting an additional Level 1 position.

Note:Each of your Level 1 positions is called a Leg. You can build your business with as many new Legs as possible. The structure assures that the members on your Level 1 will be in profit before you expand, and your Level 1 members will assure that their Level 1 members will be in profit before they expand, and so on.

Generations vs. Levels

TLC’s Generation Bonuses reward our leaders for enrolling, training, and developing other members in the TLC Plan. These Generation Bonuses - could pay on every product purchased in your entire downline organization an infinite number of Levels deep - versus a traditional Uni-Level pay plan that only pays on a limited number of Levels deep (See Chart).

*Note: GV is your Group Volume. It is determined by your sponsorship tree.
Your sponsorship tree consists of all of the Team Members you personally enrolled, and the ones they personally enrolled, and so on. Spillover does not count for your sponsorship tree.

Generation Bonuses

The Generation Bonuses are paid in addition to the Base Pay.

Silver: To qualify for the position of Silver, you need a monthly Qualified Group Volume (QGV) of only $1,500 from your Sponsorship tree. This Bonus pays an additional 4% starting on Level 1 on ALL products purchased on every Level in your entire organization down 3 Generations of Silvers or above.

Gold: To qualify for the position of Gold, you need a monthly Qualified Group Volume (QGV) of $3,000 from your Sponsorship tree. You’ll earn an additional Bonus of 4% down 4 Generations of Silvers or above.

Diamond: To qualify for the position of Diamond, you need a monthly Qualified Group Volume (QGV) of $10,000 from your Sponsorship tree. You’ll earn an additional Bonus of 4% down 5 Generations of Silvers or above.

Platinum: To qualify for the position of Platinum, you need a monthly Qualified Group Volume (QGV) of $25,000 from your Sponsorship tree. You’ll earn an additional Bonus of 4% down 5 Generations of Silvers or above and 4% down 3 Generations of Platinum or above.

Double Platinum: To qualify for the position of Double Platinum, you need a monthly Qualified Group Volume (QGV) of $50,000 from your Sponsorship tree. You’ll earn an additional Bonus of 4% down 5 Generations of Silvers or above and 4% down 4 Generations of Platinum or above.

Crown: To qualify for the position of Crown, you need a monthly Qualified Group Volume (QGV) of $100,000 from your Sponsorship tree. You’ll earn an additional Bonus of 4% down 5 Generations of Silvers or above and 4% down 5 Generations of Platinum or above.

Note: Qualified Group Volume (QGV) is the monthly accumulation of all Sponsorship Tree Group Volume. Your Sponsorship Tree consists of the members you personally enroll and the members they enroll, and so.

Note: Sales Volume (SV) is the combination of every product purchased in your entire downline organization from your Sponsorship Tree and Spillover. You can earn from Spillover Sales Volume (SV) but it does not count towards

Note: A Generation is defined as the total monthly Sales Volume (SV) in any Leg of your downline organization between you and the next qualified Team Member that is a Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Platinum.

Your 1st Generation starts with you at the top and continues down each of your Legs until the computer finds another qualified team member that is a Silver or above. The next qualified Team Member’s downline organization begins another Generation. No more than 50% of your monthly Qualified Group Volume (QGV) can accumulate from any one Leg.
