Our innovative Leaders Program curriculum enhances self-awareness, builds executive confidence, and broadens command of the business. Interactive class sessions are facilitated in real time by leading Harvard Business School faculty via a virtual classroom. Using both the case method and interactive lectures, sessions are designed to maximize engagement, facilitate productive risk-taking, and leverage participants’ own operating contexts for conceptual application.
